How soon can I book an appointment to shoot?

We are generally booked a month or so in advance depending on the time of year.  


What do you shoot on and what resolution?

We shoot digital, at a high resolution.


Your Photos

Within 5 working days after your shoot you will receive an online gallery with your session, unretouched. These photos are 3000 pixels at a resolution of 300PPN. This is plenty large enough for online usage such as social media and casting sites. If you desire a shot to be PRINTED, for quality control, we require THOSE shots to be retouched before we release the HIGH RESOLUTION (5760 Pixels) version of those particular shots. 

Retouching is a flat fee of $45.00 per image that is approved by Endless Lens, and then the client has final approval before its completion for all usage.

We are very strict on this policy. We do not want a potentially amazing photo to go south because it all fell apart at the end during the retouching process.


Do I need to book hair and makeup?

No, hair and makeup are automatically reserved for all bookings (please see the Rates page). 


Can I do my own hair and makeup, or bring my own hair and makeup artist?

No. We partner with our hair and makeup artist to deliver the best possible results from your shoot, so we don't allow clients to opt out of studio hair and makeup. Rest assured; we'll always make sure you're comfortable and happy with the makeup and hair styling before shooting each look. 


What should I wear?

We will send you all the information that you need to prepare well ahead of your shoot.


Can I bring my own music?

Yes, of course you can bring music-whatever puts you in the mood. We have Apple Music, so we can play whatever mixes or artists you’d like. 


Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, via PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo. But we also accept cash and check. 


Anything else I should know?

Yes. There is a very affectionate dog and cat in the studio. :)
